EGR coolers commonly fail in a way that allows coolant to enter the exhaust stream, emptying the coolant system. Removing the EGR cooler from the cooling system solves this and has no ill effects on the motor. Return Policy
Part must be received back in the same condition it was sold in. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee with the exception of EGR deletes and DPF Deletes which are 40%. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Requests to return a product for refund must be made within 14 days of original order date and must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the original order date. We are unable to process any refunds on orders more than 14 days old.
No returns can be accepted without an RMA number. Any items returned without an RMA that cannot be identified will be refused or discarded and will not be processed.
