VNT vanes will not adjust properly if the actuator malfunctions, causing limp mode, low power, check engine lights, smoke, and low fuel mileage. Replacing the actuator is a good alternative to buying a new turbocharger, the only option in the past.There is a actuator range test cycle that you can run on VCDS. You may need to run that test and adjust the arm screw on the actuator until it fits within the range.WarrantyAll parts have a 30 day return warranty. Parts must be received back in the same condition it was sold in. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the exception of EGR deletes which are up to 30%. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Requests to return a product for refund must be made within 14 days of original order date and must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the original order date. We are unable to process any refunds on orders more than 14 days old.
No returns can be accepted without an RMA number. Any items returned without an RMA that cannot be identified will be refused or discarded and will not be processed.
