You don't need to buy anything else, this includes EVERYTHING for a simple remove and replace install for your BEW TDI engine. 


Save yourself the time and filthy job of cleaning your intake manifold while improving the performance of your TDI at the same time!  This kit uses an adapter to retain your existing ASV which also allows you to use your existing elbow for a nice clean look under the hood. 
 
All of the gasket surfaces on the intake manifold have been machined flat to assure zero boost leaks.

A few common questions concerning the after effects of deleting the EGR system on your TDI engine.
 
 
 
 Will my TDI take longer to warm up?
 
 
 
 This is a common misconception that has been spread through the TDI community, the warm up time is marginal at best and you will not notice a difference once you're on the road.
 
Will I get a check engine light if I delete my EGR?
 
 
 
In most cases the answer is yes.  On the BRM and BEW engine the CEL will be triggered, and the only solution to this is to have your ECU tuned.  
 
 If you’re installing an EGR delete on the ALH engine, you can lower the EGR adaptation with VCDS which may or may not help you with keeping the CEL from recurring.  However, only about 40% of all EGR deletes we perform on ALH engines have a CEL after install.
